This distinction as a company that promotes equal pay between women and men is yet another recognition of the path that has been taken by the company in promoting a fairer and more sustainable world.

It is a fair distinction that reinforces the commitment of Knower™ and the Wellow™ Group to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and places the company in contrast with the national panorama, where the salary difference is still a reality.
