Knower™ Tech is a brand belonging to the Wellow™ Group that aims to match professionals and the market. Our client is a banking company looking for a Business Analyst.

Main tasks:

• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities                                                          
• Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues                                                                 
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers                                               
• Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers                                                         
• Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting  

Requisitos

• University degree, or equivalent by experience, in IT/Computer Engineering, Business Management/Finance, Information Management, or other related fields
• More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• Availability and customer orientation skills
• Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
• Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking
• Ability to report
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
