We are currently developing a recruitment process for Microfocus Service Manager profiles to join the staff of a technology consulting company in a hybrid work regime in Lisbon.

Here is a brief description of the responsibilities:

-  Design and implementation of processes, automation and reporting;
- Support for Microfocus Service Manager platforms;
- Monitoring and improvement of processes implemented in Service Manager;
- Development of integrations with external platforms;
- CMDB administration.

Requisitos

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Management;
- Knowledge of the solution Microfocus Service Manager;
- Expertise in ITIL 4;
- Able to work effectively with others to meet shared objectives:
- Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric 
solutions;
- Capable of planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with 
organizational goal;
