The work methodologies and the good cleaning practices we implement in the projects developed allowed us to obtain the Knower Quality Seal for general cleaning, end-of-site cleaning, disinfection and spraying/misting services tailored to the companies’ needs, using certified products and teams of experienced and specialized professionals. We operate in the most diverse sectors of activity, including hospitals, hotels, factories, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, offices, etc. We currently have more than 800 collaborators in Cleaning projects in the various areas in which we operate. We work with tangible targets and focus on meeting well-defined indicators. It could not have been a greater challenge, because I have always tried to distance myself from the health area. Despite that, 2021 was a year in which I learned a lot and grew as a professional. I feel that my relaxed disposition was pushed to the limit. At the end of 2022, I was offered a new challenge and so I packed my things and joined the Knower Clean team. After 4 months, I couldn't be more satisfied with my job. Although challenging, I feel more in my comfort zone in this new area of work. My duties essentially involve acting as a bridge between the operations team and the human resources. The main objective is to provide a rapid response to the needs of both sides.
